Personal account — your pathway in the digital ecosystem
We are working to make using educational, advisory and partnership services simpler. In the future, a personal account will help you save selected programs, track your inquiries, receive reminders and manage the information that you voluntarily provide to individual services.
What is planned
My profile
Basic contact details, interface language and personal settings.
Educational interests
Fields of study, saved programs, personal recommendations after voluntary completion of the profile.
My inquiries
History of requests and processing statuses once the relevant secure service is connected.
Calendar and messages
Selected events, registrations and notifications.
My partnership activities
For representatives of communities, institutions, businesses and international organizations — cooperation proposals and negotiation statuses.
Access management
Viewing linked services, individual permissions and active sessions, and the ability to revoke access.
Who the account will be available to
For veterans, service members, family members, learners, students, teachers, employers, mentors, community representatives, international partners, editors and administrators — according to the functions of the specific service. A user status stated by the user themselves is not the same as an officially verified status.
Single sign-on: what it means
The aim is to use one secure account as a way to sign in to different domains. This does not mean that every site will see all of a person’s information. Separate permissions and the minimum set of data needed for a specific function are provided for each application.
What will not happen without a separate basis
No medical data, certificates, information about disability or service should automatically be opened to all services of the ecosystem. Storing documents and special categories of data requires separate secure modules, designated data controllers, legal bases and access procedures.
What you can do now
While the feature is under development, use the Institute’s open pages, browse the educational areas or write to the team. Do not leave confidential files in unverified third-party forms that may pose as the single sign-on.
