If you have encountered an inaccessible entrance, an inconvenient route, an unsuitable digital service, a complicated registration form or another obstacle while studying or using a service, please let us know. We also invite you to share professional solutions and partnership proposals.
What information to provide
- Your name or the name of your organization (optional for a barrier report).
- Contact details, if you expect a reply.
- Type of problem: physical, digital, educational, informational, organizational or other.
- Where exactly the obstacle occurred: the name of the facility or the web page address.
- A brief description of the situation and of what you were trying to do.
- A proposed solution, if you have one.
Photos or other materials may help, but send them only if necessary and without other people’s personal data unless there is an appropriate legal basis for transferring it.
What happens after your message
The message arrives at the Institute’s contact channel for initial review. The further pathway depends on the topic and the competence of the responsible persons: clarification of circumstances, referral to a specialist in the relevant field, a consultation or a recommendation on the appropriate authority. The mere fact of submitting a message does not mean that the Institute is authorized to oblige the owner of a third-party facility to remedy a deficiency.
Privacy protection
Do not send medical diagnoses, passports, disability certificates, proof of military status or other sensitive documents unless a separate legally and technically protected process has been created for them. A barrier report can be submitted without disclosing a diagnosis.
Non-emergency channel
The form is intended for suggestions and requests concerning accessibility. It should not be used to report an immediate threat to life, a fire or another emergency. In such cases, contact the relevant emergency services.
